A 'Return Item Request' form will be emailed to you for inclusion with the item. Please ship to us with 'Delivery Confirmation' to:

Sales Tax
Residents of Pennsylvania may be required to pay Sales Tax on some items.  If an item is taxable, it will be noted accordingly in the item description and details. 

Shipping and Handling
We ship our products via standard US Mail, First Class at the following rates:

• Under $50: shipping = $5.95
• $50 to $75: shipping = $6.75
• Over $75: shipping = $7.95

Expedited Shipping may be requested for an additional fee.
